Rent tires in the app
Tire rental booking is available through the N1 app and My N1 Pages.
The process is simple
Tires selectedStaff review which tires suit your vehicle and usage during the rental period.
Tires deliveredTires are provided at the service station; a notification is sent for the tire change appointment.
You driveYou drive on the rental tires for the agreed period.
Tires returnedReturn the tires when finished; the original tires are reinstalled.

You can book tyre rental through the N1 app or via My N1.
No. Tyre rental is only available at the N1 Tire Service Centre in Klettagarðar.
No. Rental tires can only be collected from and returned to the N1 Tire Service Centre in Klettagarðar.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same tire size. However, we do guarantee that you will receive tires that are approved and fit your vehicle correctly.
Yes. All rental tires have been driven for less than 15,000 km.
Yes. The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
The tire rental service is intended for short-term use, but tires can also be rented for longer periods if needed.

At launch, only studded winter tires are available for rent. Summer tires are not currently available.
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, your booking will be cancelled, and the booking confirmation fee will be charged.
Yes. N1 cardholders receive their discount in the form of N1 points.
Yes. You can change or cancel your booking in the N1 app, provided that your rental period has not yet started and the new requested time slot is available.
If you return the tires late, you will be charged according to the current price list for each additional 24-hour period, or part thereof.
Yes. All rental tires come mounted on wheels. In exceptional cases, your existing tires may need to be remounted instead, at no additional cost.
